SABACIREBON – Saudi Arabia expressed full support for the ceasefire agreement between United States of America And Iranwhile hoping that this step will be the beginning of an end to the wider conflict in the Middle East region.
Through its official statement, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs positively welcomed the announcement made by the US President Donald Trump and Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif related to reaching an agreement on a temporary cessation of hostilities.
The Saudi government views this ceasefire as a strategic opportunity to promote regional stability and pave the way towards a comprehensive resolution of the conflict.

Meanwhile, Sharif revealed that the agreement not only includes the United States and Iran, but also involves allies of both parties in various conflict zones, including Lebanon.

This announcement came after Trump previously expressed his willingness to suspend military operations against Iran for two weeks as part of efforts to open up diplomatic space.
