CIREBON NEWS – Military clashes between the United States (US) and Iran have occurred again around the Strait of Hormuz. The latest US military attack targeted targets near Bandar Abbas Port.

After the incident, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) counterattacked the US air base. Although the location was not mentioned, it appears that Iran’s missiles were aimed at Kuwait.

Iran says the US violated the ceasefire and started a new war. The IRGC warned of “more decisive” action if US “aggression” continued, Tehran media reported.

Kuwait’s military said its air defenses faced “hostile” missiles and drones, without providing information about where the attacks came from. Kuwait’s statement appears to be related to the counterattack carried out by the IRGC.

According to a report from Iran’s semi-official Tasnim news agency, four ships, one of which was an American tanker, turned off their radar and tried to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.

IRGC forces asked the crew to identify themselves, but they did not respond or cooperate. As a result, the IRGC fired several warning shots.

According to Iranian state media, US forces then targeted three locations near Bandar Abbas airport, causing no casualties or damage.

In response, the IRGC targeted US bases in the region which was the origin of the US attack on Bandar Abbas.

The IRGC did not say which US bases were attacked, but based on the air defense systems activated in Kuwait, it can be concluded that they attacked bases in Kuwait.

The IRGC has also issued a warning, saying that if violations of this kind are repeated, its response will be firmer.

Despite all this, neither the US nor Iran has said that the ceasefire has failed. This is the third time since the ceasefire announcement that they have been directly involved militarily.***
