BUTOLPOST United States Vice President, JD Vance, claims the war against Iran will end soon after Washington is said to have achieved most of its military targets.
Vance made this statement while in Budapest, Tuesday (7/4). He emphasized that although there are still several targets that need to be completed, especially regarding Iran’s ability to produce weapons, the main mission is considered to have been achieved.
“The United States has largely achieved its military objectives,” Vance stressed.
Vance also said that the deadline set by President Donald Trump had been complied with by the relevant parties. Trump, he said, previously emphasized that he would not attack Iran’s energy facilities and infrastructure as long as there was still a chance for negotiations.
However, the situation remained heated. Trump even threatened to attack power plants and bridges throughout Iran if Tehran failed to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and reach an agreement within the specified deadline.
