SUKABUMI MANTRA – After completing a series of state visits to Russia which were busy and strategic. Now, Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto arrives in Paris on Monday evening April 13 2026 at 23.50 local time.
This agenda was a continuation of his diplomatic trip after Prabowo met the Russian leader.
Previously, Prabowo had an important meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow which lasted quite a long time and discussed a number of strategic global issues.

“After a five-hour meeting with President Putin at the Kremlin Palace, the President immediately left for France with a travel time of around 3.5 hours and arrived at midnight in Paris,” said Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya. Quoted by mantrasukabumi.com from Antara.
Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya explained that he accompanied the President during the agenda in Paris and ensured that the entire series of activities went according to plan.
In Paris, President Prabowo is scheduled to have a bilateral meeting with President Emmanuel Macron in a one-on-one format at the Élysée Palace.
“Tomorrow April 14, the President will have a one-on-one meeting with President Macron at the Élysée Palace to discuss increasing strategic cooperation between the two countries,” he said.
The meeting was seen as an important step in strengthening diplomatic relations between Indonesia and France in various strategic sectors that are mutually beneficial.
Apart from discussing bilateral cooperation, this meeting will also be used to exchange views on the dynamics of global geopolitics which continue to develop.
“Seskab then emphasized that the meeting between President Prabowo and President Macron would be an important momentum for Indonesia to convey its strategic views regarding global dynamics, including the issue of the war between Iran and the United States and Israel, which is currently entering the ceasefire stage.”

“During the meeting, Mr President, apart from strengthening cooperation with the French Government, will also convey Indonesia’s position in maintaining stability and promoting world peace,” said Teddy.
President Prabowo traveled from Moscow to Paris using the Garuda Indonesia-1 presidential plane with registration PK-GIF.
Upon arrival at Paris airport, Prabowo was greeted by a number of important officials, including the Indonesian Ambassador to France Mohamad Oemar and other diplomatic officials.
The presence of military officials such as the Defense Attache of the Indonesian Embassy in Paris, First Marshal TNI Hendra Gunawan, also shows the importance of this visit in the defense aspect.
This visit will be President Prabowo’s second visit to Paris in 2026, after previously making a visit last January.
During his previous visit, Prabowo accepted President Macron’s invitation and had a 2.5 hour meeting followed by an official dinner.***
