CIREBON NEWS – The United States (US) military made several fatal mistakes when carrying out attacks on Iran. Among them, there were several missiles and small bombs that did not explode. It was a blunder and seriously endangered US defense.
Tehran said that the US missiles and bombs had not only been successfully defused, but Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) would re-engineer the technology of these war equipment.
Iran’s state television station, Press TV, reported about “unexploded US missiles and thousands of small bombs” discovered by the IRGC in the southern province of Hormozgan.

The IRGC’s Imam Sajjad Corps, based in the provincial capital of Bandar Abbas, said it “neutralized more than 15 American heavy missiles” and the munitions were transferred to a “technical and research unit” for “reverse engineering”.
The IRGC’s Ansar al-Mahdi Corps, based in Zanjan, said its bomb squad found more than 9,500 small bombs across the province.
“A GBU-57 bunker buster bomb… was successfully defused and handed over to appropriate authorities,” the news report said.

Iran will use the re-engineering of US missiles and bombs for counterattacks. It’s a shame that the US and Israel will bear greater risks due to their own negligence.
Meanwhile, General Mark Kimmitt, a former US CENTCOM commander, said the risk of “miscalculation” by the Iranian military threatened not only to restart fighting but also make things worse compared to the first round.
He said the US military is “very command-centric”, while the Revolutionary Guards give lower-level officers “a lot of latitude”.

“Imagine a low-level commander of say 15 fast ships saying, ‘I think it’s time to take unilateral action himself and attack some American ships’. And if there were significant casualties, I think that would not only restart the fighting but would also greatly increase the intensity of the fighting,” Kimmitt told Al Jazeera.***
