PURWOKERTO PORTAL – An oil refinery facility on Lavan Island, Iran, was reportedly attacked on Wednesday (8/4) morning at around 10.00 local time. This attack triggered a major fire in the refinery area.

The National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company (NIORDC) confirmed there were no casualties because the evacuation process was carried out quickly. Currently, officers are still trying to extinguish the fire.
