CIREBON NEWS – United States fighter jets are still flying and roaming in the Gulf Area. US Central Command (CENTCOM) called this a routine patrol to ensure regional security.

Meanwhile, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) remains alert to every maneuver carried out by the US military. The IRGC ensures that there will be a more painful counterattack for every provocation carried out by the US.

CENTCOM emphasized that US troops remain present and alert in the Middle East. In the ceasefire position, patrols will continue to be carried out, including by deploying fighter jets and warships.

US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said Washington remained committed to its international security priorities, explicitly stating that “we still have a global obligation to ensure, for example, Iran does not acquire a nuclear weapon”.

Hegseth made the remarks during the Shangri-La Dialogue Security Summit in Singapore. In the peace proposal submitted by Washington, the US urges Iran to immediately stop its nuclear project and hand over the remaining enriched uranium.

Meanwhile, the US State Department has announced the dismantling of an Iranian network that undercovered and defrauded American businesses to obtain sensitive technology for the Iranian regime’s military.

State Department spokesman Tommy Pigott said the network, led by Iran-based Ali Majd Sepehr, had defrauded dozens of American technology companies of millions of dollars by posing as legitimate US businesses.

Announcing sanctions against the network, Pigott said the sanctions were part of Washington’s broader “Economic Anger” campaign against Iran.
