According to lawyer Dr. Hussam Abu Safieh, Professor Nasser Odeh, namely the Israeli Supreme Court rejected the appeal filed regarding the detention of Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya, so the detention continues
The lawyer said that dr. Hussam is still being held in Nafha prison under harsh detention conditions, denied medical treatment and basic rights.
Previously, footage had circulated showing Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya sat in a room wearing white clothes with his hands cuffed.
Apart from that, the physical condition of Dr. Hussam also looked very different from before he was captured by the Israelis.

Doctor Hussam is a pediatrician whose job is to help people who are sick or injured in Gaza. Before he was arrested, he was also the Director of the Kamal Adwan Hospital, but he was arrested arbitrarily by the Israelis and has not yet been released.
