The commitment to lift economic restrictions is closely related to the continuation of the nuclear program which is in the world’s spotlight.
This crucial decision emerged after an initial draft agreement was reached which was officially agreed upon by both parties.
Information regarding the memorandum of understanding or MoU was first broadcast by the official Iranian news agency, IRNA.
The leaked document contains details of an important agreement signed by the two countries on Wednesday local time.
The contents of the surprising draft regarding the removal of the economic blockade are stated very specifically in the seventh paragraph of the document.
Scope of International Sanctions That Will Be Removed
The White House promised to end all types of unilateral restrictions that have been considered to be seriously ensnaring Tehran’s economy.
This step in cleaning up regulations is no joke because it covers a very broad and binding spectrum of international law.
This deletion policy will certainly target the strict regulations of the United Nations Security Council or UN.
Not only that, this big decision will also involve regulations from the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
The United States government is certain to eliminate its unilateral policies, both in the category of primary sanctions and secondary sanctions.
“We are committed to ending all types of restrictions, including those from the UNSC and IAEA, within the term of the final agreement,” the document said.
The entire process of clearing the economic blockade must be completed within the deadline mutually agreed by the parties.
All these crucial points will soon be fully integrated into the text of the final agreement between the two countries.
Tehran’s Commitment Regarding Weapons of Mass Destruction
In return for this massive concession, Tehran also provided a very strong guarantee.
The return commitment from their government is written very clearly in the eighth paragraph of the memorandum of understanding document.
Tehran regional authorities reiterated that their country has absolutely no intention of controlling these weapons of mass destruction.
They confirmed that they would not produce or attempt to obtain nuclear bombs in any form in the future.
Through this written point, they are trying to convince the international community that their reactor activities are purely for energy.
This bilateral agreement is predicted to be an important turning point after the exhausting geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.

Target Time for Final Document Work
Previously, Tehran announced that final negotiations would be launched intensively in the future.
The crucial negotiation process is targeted to be completed within 60 days after the memorandum is signed.
The main agenda of the marathon meeting is to resolve all long-standing disputes regarding Iran’s state-owned nuclear program.
However, time flexibility clauses are still provided by both parties in the existing agreement documents.
Based on the data in the third paragraph of the memorandum, both countries are allowed to extend the deadline if an agreement has not been fully reached.
The deadline for working on the final draft can be shifted in order to achieve results that are truly mature for the future of both parties.
The technical aspects regarding nuclear material belonging to the Middle Eastern country will later be resolved transparently under strict supervision.
It was agreed that the International Atomic Energy Agency or IAEA would act as an independent supervisor to monitor all implementation in the field.
Through this cooperation, it is hoped that regional stability can be realized in line with the United States’ commitment to cancel Iran sanctions.
The resolution of this nuclear dispute is proof that diplomacy remains the main option for the agreement between the two countries.***
